I just received this sublime table. It is worthy of a castle once equipped with its 5 extensions. It was perfectly packaged and well protected to arrive without being damaged.
Very heavy, it's true but we understand why once mounted because the quality is there. The oak top is beautiful.
On the other hand, we put all the feet with one extension for everyday use. If you only put 6 feet instead of 8 it then becomes a headache to add the missing feet when you want to add more extensions. It's practically impossible. But with the 8 legs you can put 6 chairs around without any problem and without these legs getting in the way of placing them properly underneath.
In short, we are very happy.

Charming and Practical Table!
A handsome table that is both modern and old, it blends easily into our interior. Ideal for large gatherings, large width. I chose the white finish. A small problem with the tabletops, beware of liquids, scratches and marks... quite fragile. Ensure space to store the extensions !! I am happy with my purchase.
