Information about Rubberwood:

The rubber tree, is a naturally robust and resistant material. It offers a wide palette of colours and shades to suit different interior styles. In addition, this tree comes from sustainably managed plantations before being transformed into furniture.

Delivery information:

Your DALHIA rubberwood bed is delivered to assemble yourself (assembly instructions, tools and hardware provided).

It will be delivered to your doorstep or upstairs (depending on your choosen delivery option).

Check that the openings (doors, stairs, elevators) will allow the passage of the package(s) during delivery.

Please note, in the event of damage during transport, it is imperative to describe the damage noted on the furniture (and not on the box) on the carrier's delivery note before signing it.

Without written reservation on your part regarding the condition of the furniture, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for damage.

We advise you to keep the packaging to facilitate a possible exchange.

Maintenance tips:

-Dust frequently with a clean, dry, non-fluffy cloth
-Do not use varnish, wax, oily products, alcohol, solvent, or perfume 
-Avoid exposing to the sun - prolonged exposure may discolour the finish 
-Protect your furniture tops e.g. use a tablecloth or coasters
-Do not expose your furniture to liquids - mop up immediately if any spills
-Do not pull your furniture if you move it - lift to avoid scratches on your floor
-Place furniture as far away as possible from heat sources, e.g. log burners - heat sources can cause wooden furniture to warp and/or split etc. Robin Interiors cannot be responsible for damage to furniture due to heat source exposure.

Safety Warning:

When assembling your furniture, do not fully tighten the screws until you have installed each of them in their respective locations. The clearance left allows all the parts to be correctly adjusted and aligned together before final tightening, thus ensuring a solid and balanced structure.

You will find all the essential screws in an easily identifiable red bag. This bag is located at the end of the box and is recognizable thanks to a red thread visible from the outside of the box.

Take the time to check that all screws are in place and properly secured before using the product for the first time.
